Return/Refund policy
At Bharat Smart Pe, we aim to provide seamless and reliable digital payment and financial services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds and reversals are handled.
1. Successful Transactions
All transactions completed successfully through the Bharat Smart Pe platform are considered final and non-refundable. Once the payment is processed and confirmed, Bharat Smart Pe does not initiate refunds for completed transactions.
2. Failed or Pending Transactions
In cases where a transaction fails or remains pending but the amount is debited from the customer’s account, a refund or automatic reversal will be initiated after verification. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card).
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds or reversals typically take 5–10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. Disputes & Support
If you believe a transaction was debited incorrectly or a refund has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact Bharat Smart Pe Customer Support with the transaction details for assistance.

Bharat Smart Pe reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
